Cause and Effect

Cause and Effect

Hold your head up, your time’s not up.
They tried to fade u out, but u still got favor
with the God inside, brother, he kept you alive.

I know right now it seems like lemons are all u’ve got.
But, that old cliché, go ahead and squeeze those lemons.
As u taste the nectar n feel the juice running down your throat.
Note, that you are still alive!

So, once again I set my sails upon the seas of life.
Collecting protons, neutrons, n electrons
manifesting atoms, growing new life.
Adam my sun to shine in my day, he brightens my life.

Together we sail upon the seas of life.
A part of that energy as atoms both Adams in condense form.
As atoms in condense energy form materialize n collides into
each other, almost dematerializing us.

Hearing breaking n crackling noises; inflicting pain, my arm.
Still my sun shining bright as ever in my day! So, I cry, I cry not
from the pain but, joy for my sun because as long as he
shines, my- life- will- go- on.

Thus, as I lay here, my arm in a sling; I thank my ancestors
for yet another day. And, All in All, my ancestors for looking
after me, my sun. The beginning of life, and a new day!

From The Start

From The Start

I spent some time in the Marine Corps,
and as a result I traveled a lot,
to the regret of my two daughters whom were of innocent age.
They could not over-stand why daddy had to be gone.
As I tried to change frowns into smiles I tried to explain how I did it for them,
the cloth that they wear,
the shoes on their feet,
the bed they slept in as they cried themselves to sleep;
wondering where is daddy?
Because,
 they yearn to hear daddy’s voice,
and feel daddy’s presents.

The presents I brought,
were of no significance,
because with daddy being gone they felt like I deserted them.
You see,
money don’t make a man,
though man makes money,
and money can’t be replace for love,
and this is where it gets funny;
because,
their mother and I ended up saying our goodbyes,
though to my daughters I’ve been gone from the start.

Now child support starts,
and I was gladly giving it from my heart.
But,
the girls weren’t getting the child support they need for their hearts.
They say a good man provides money for the life that he starts;
but do you really think that matters when you stabbing you kids in the heart?
When your daughters are growing up thinking you didn’t love them from the start?
There is no rewind so know this,
girls,
 I loved you from the start,
 and today,
I give you my heart.

Mental Beauty

Mental Beauty

You see,
he couldn’t make a commitment,
so now you look at me like I’m a hit, and quit it.
 Not knowing that the liquid in the ocean when you make your commotion got me wanting to, lick it;
because my plans, are to stick with it,
and treat you like a goddess;
 the goddess that you is.
So, right now,
baby I’m talking commitment like, you ain’t never heard before;
I’m talking till death, and beyond.

So, if you looking for a soul mate,
Goddess, you found one.
And, if the eyes are the mirror to the soul,
 I want you to look into mine as I get on my knees,
 and ask you, to marry me please.
Because, right now, baby I ain’t running no game,
and tricks are for kids.
But your game is tight,
and down south, is right.

But, don’t get me wrong,
baby it ain’t all about sex,
 see,
you have got my respect.
You, are a goddess among women,
and baby, you know you got back!
But, you don’t flaunt your body because you know that your mind,
it also, has a shape,
and it’s bad.
I mean bad as in good that if I could,
I’ll eat it.
You see, you see, the god in me knows,
you make my brain hard,
and when we get together, it ain’t nothing but,
while,
clean,
intellectual,
 foreplay (echoed)!
Respect the goddess of the
earth (echoed)!
